Virtual Training Worls: TechNick

We developed a Quartets game for android phones which allowed users to collect trading cards of items in the store and battle their co-workers in various categories (such as PCs, smartphones, etc.). A highscore list would keep track of the employees and provide additional motivation. By plaing the game retail workers would learn the properties of different products aswell as advantages and disadvantages. This would allow them to provide higher quality customer service.
